  • βœ… Last day to receive payments for orders that must be processed before the HQ closure.

  • πŸ“ž Kering AMER is contacting customers with orders currently on hold due to:

    • Credit limit restrictions

    • Overdue payments



  • ⏳ Payments received after July 31 will be applied to orders scheduled for release and processing starting at the end of August.


πŸ“ August 5 – New Order Submission Deadline



  • πŸ›οΈ Wholesale Representatives: Last day to enter new orders into SFA.

  • 🍽️ Hospitality Representatives: Last day to submit new orders to the Customer Service Team.


✏️ August 6 – Order Modification Deadline



  • πŸ”„ Final day to request changes to existing orders already entered into the system through the Customer Service Team.


🚫 August 10–21 – HQ Closure & System Shutdown


During this period:



  • 🏒 Ginori HQ will be closed.

  • πŸ’» SFA and ERP systems will be unavailable.

  • ❌ No order processing or system activities will be possible.

  • πŸ“¦ Product distribution and customer order follow-ups will be temporarily delayed.


βœ… August 24 – Operations Resume



  • 🏒 Ginori HQ and the New York office will resume normal business operations.
